SOS #216: Splish Splash

It's Tuesday, and time for a new challenge.  But first we'd like to say WOWZA for all the entries for our Layer It On Me challenge. You guys like your layers! Or you had a lot of scraps to use up. Either way, thanks for all the entries!

Now, the new challenge. This week's theme is Splish Splash, and we'd like you to use a wet medium on your project. Think: water color, acrylic paint, etc.
