SOS #145: Faux Sure!

Happy Tuesday, and Happy April 1st! This week's challenge is Faux Sure, and in honor of April Fool's Day, we'd like you to use a faux technique. If you are not familiar with the world of "faux", they are techniques to make things look like something they are not. You'll get the look without having the actual product. You can check out the Tutorials page over at Splitcoast for some ideas. If you type faux in the search box, it will give you many, many options from which to choose.

One example is Faux Barn Board. It gives you step-by-step instructions how to create the look of barn wood paper. I might have to try that one myself one of these days!

I suspect some of you have lots of supplies in your stash that you never use, and by issuing this challenge, we hope you spread your wings a little and (if you don't already have a favorite faux technique up your sleeve), try something new!
