This week's challenge is Pieces of April, and we'd like you to use paper piecing on your card. For those not familiar with paper piecing, you stamp a main image (an outline stamp; not solid image), then stamp it again on two or more pieces of paper (patterned or not), then fussy-cut the individual papers and put the pieces onto the main image. I know that makes no sense, so for pictures and a real tutorial, you can go here.
Here's what the gals have made to inspire you:

Deena Barbara Chris |
Now it's YOUR turn. Go into your stash (maybe your scrap bin, even), make a paper-pieced project, then come back here to link us up so we can see what you've made!
Mr Linky will be open until Monday, April 14th, at 11:55 pm. To be eligible for the Saturday Shout-out, please limit your total number of entries to 13, including ours.

ReplyDeleteI welcome this challenge as I truly really enjoy paper piecing and use it on many of my cards. I may "have to" (hee) add more than one card to this gallery. I like the creative DT cards. :)
