Does it have to be buttons AND bows? Both, or either? Buttons I have. Bows, not so much. I don't use fabric or notions on my cards.
Yes, the challenge is Buttons AND Bows, so you'll need both. Have you tried cutting a 1/8" of thin patterned paper and threading it through a button, or just tying it into a bow or a faux bow? I've done that before to get the "thread" to match my card stock.
