SOS #344: National Dress Day

Welcome to another week of stash-busting with us at Shopping Our Stash where the emphasis is always on using items you already have, and possibly have had for many years, lovingly hoarded-- er-- I mean tucked away!

This week we are celebrating National Dress Day* by challenging you to create a project either featuring a dress or inspired by one.
