SOS #133: Use Something New

Happy Tuesday! Thanks to all who played our "Use The Last Of Something" challenge. Doesn't it feel great to actually use up something? :) This week, in honor of the new year, we ask you to use something new. That's right: stash can be both old and new, especially when you are a collector ("hoarder" is such a harsh term).

So break out some of the new stuff Santa brought you, or that you gifted to yourself, or you bought with your holiday gift cards, or maybe something new you've had for a while and just haven't opened yet. *cough*

I'd like to officially welcome our new DT members Barb, Donna and Chris! Let's see what they and the rest of the DT have opened and used for their projects this week:

Alica
new stamps, new washi tapes & sequins

Chris
new stamps and rhinestone strips

every component on this card is new (or first time used)

Jessi
new-to-me stamp

Leslie
new (finally opened) stamp & die, and new button
Lauren
new patterned papers and tape

Donna
new set of crafty duct tape
Michelle
new letter dies and doily die
Barbara
new stamp

Deena
everything on this card is new...from a kit

Wow, it looks like we've all added to our respective stashes recently. Surprise! (not)

Now it's YOUR turn! Go open a new crafty item or two, use it, then come back here and link us up so we can see what you've made!

Mr Linky will be open until Monday, Jan 13th, at 11:55 pm ET. To be eligible for our Saturday Shout-Out, please remember to link to no more than 13 challenges, including ours.
